Returns and Exchanges

Aren't you satisfied? If so, neither we are, we are not satisfied until the last of our clients is happy.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us through any of the contact channels that we make available to you, within 7 days of receiving the product, and send us a picture of the damage for an exchange or return.

We do our best to offer you a product of an exquisite quality, however, if you still change your mind and decide to return the order, no problems at all, as long as the product has not been used, and we receive it within 14 days of delivery. In this case, unfortunately we can not cover the return cost.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible. However, please note that depending on the payment method you have selected, it may take 5-10 days for the amount to appear in your account.
